It is preferable to have your juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If it is too late in the evening, the oxygen content, may keep you awake.
There are many different ways you can prepare your juice.
One of the easiest and quickest ways is to cut out how many cubes you want, and then float the unopened cubes in warm tap water in the sink. By shaking it in the water, it will melt fast. Take it out while there is still a bit of ice in it, so it is still cold. Peel back the lidding and pour it in a glass and drink it straight.
Another way is to remove the cubes and let them melt in a glass of water. This is good if you are not in hurry - you can then sip it as it continues to melt. Yes, it does dilute the juice, but that doesn't matter, because you are still getting all the nutrients.
You can also add it in smoothies, especially if you don’t like the taste.
However if you prepare the juice, once melted drink immediately. If you let it get warm, it will turn brown and oxidize.
