Easy Healthy Dessert - Chia Pudding
Puddings are a staple dessert in many cultures and some are definitely more time consuming than others. When I lived in England I learned this very quickly. Unlike most of the puddings I ate while living abroad, this one is healthy and only takes a few minutes to prepare!
EASY CHIA PUDDING
1 1/2 cups coconut/almond/soy milk
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbs maple syrup (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 30-45 seconds.
Store in an airtight container.
Let the pudding set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Make this the evening before to have with breakfast or make it in the morning as an after-school treat for the kids!
