Summer is here and camping season is in full swing! We have a nutritious, easy to pack, easy to prep breakfast recipe for you: Mason jar overnight oats. It'll work whether you're camping, glamping, or simply heading to the cottage for a long weekend. Prep the dry ingredients in a mason jar before you leave and simply add the liquid the night before for an instant breakfast the next morning.
MASON JAR OVERNIGHT OATS
1 cup organic quick oats
1 cup organic rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup
2 cups milk of your choice or water
Pack all dry ingredients in a mason jar.
Add the liquid and sweetener the night before.
Seal and shake the jar. Store chilled until morning.
In the morning, serve and enjoy!
