Grasses occupy the earth more than any other land plant. There are about 4,700 known species of grasses in the world. They ranged from the 100ft tropical bamboo to the less than one-inch shoots found on the arctic tundra.
Since creation, grass has been one of God's most perfect and generous gifts. The simple plant transforms the sun's energy into a powerhouse of essential nutrients.
Grown in the rich organic fields of Ontario, Canada, Evergreen plants its winter wheat in the fall. In the spring, after a full 200 day growth cycle, the grass is harvested. The young leaves are squeezed to extract their fresh juice which is immediately frozen to preserve the delicate nutrients and enzymes.
